I had a warm welcome from the owner. It had central heating, an iron, a work desk, and a bathtub.- The location was very nice, near the lake, Tattershall along the river, and a lovely pub serving delicious food.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the property was cozy and well-decorated. The hosts were amazing, communicating well in advance and being flexible with our arrival time. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as providing eggs, bacon, bread, milk. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after two busy days, and the location made it easy to get around without any stress. a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The lack of Wi-Fi was a downside, although we did have 4G coverage which compensated for it. It would have been nice to have constant, speedy Wi-Fi, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
